We also collect user log information when you use our app or website. This log information includes but is not limited to IP address, time zone, and location details.

ALLCOMMERCE under any circumstances shall not be liable to the end user of this application for any consequential, incidental, special, indirect, exemplary or punitive or special damages, or damages for any loss of profits, revenue or business, or diminution in value, impairment, or inability to use, or loss,interruption, or delay of the Services, loss, damage, corruption, or recovery of data, or breach of data or system security, cost or replacement of goods or services, loss of goodwill or reputation, regardless of the nature of the claim, even if the end user has been notified of the possibility of such damages..
8. Third Party Integration
ALLCOMMERCE being a platform provider and acts as an intermediary between any third party for providing API integration services (like food deliver partner, SMS, Whatsapp, Marketplace etc.,) ALLCOMMERCE shall not be liable for any delay, damage or suspension of API services and any losses occurred from and through the third party service providers.
In case any personal information is shared by you with us, which is not requested by us during registration, (whether mandatory or optional), we will not be liable for any information security breach or disclosure in relation to such information.
