ALLCOMMERCE being a platform provider and acts as an intermediary between any third
party
for providing API integration services (like food deliver partner, SMS, Whatsapp,
Marketplace etc.,) ALLCOMMERCE shall not be liable for any delay, damage or
suspension of
API services and any losses occurred from and through the third party service
providers.
9. DISCLAIMER
In case any personal information is shared by you with us, which is not requested by
us during registration, (whether mandatory or optional), we will not be liable for
